Singapore National Eye Centre
(SNEC) spearheads and coordinates
the provision of specialised
ophthalmological services and is the
designated national centre for eye
services in Singapore. The centre is
known for its high quality one-stop
personalised service for patients
who require eye care services
provided by its staff of 450 highly
specialised medical, paramedical and
administrative personnel.
SNEC currently manages 14,000 major
eye surgeries and 13,000 laser
procedures annually. 9 specialties
have been established to provide a
full range of eye treatment from
comprehensive to tertiary levels.
