National Heart Centre (NHC) is
the national referral centre for
cardiovascular diseases serving both
local and international patients.
Every year, NHC carries out more
than 80,000 outpatient
consultations, 6,000 operations and
receives more than 8,000 inpatient
admissions.
Through its multidisciplinary team
of doctors, nurses and health
science professionals, NHC addresses
the need for more comprehensive and
complex diagnostic and therapeutic
cardiac services. It also provides
structured cardiovascular
rehabilitative and preventive
cardiology programmes for cardiac
patients to enhance their recovery
process.
